Our founder was at the forefront of the construction boom in the 1990’s which saw the rise of economic and socialized housing projects in the Province of Cebu.

The turning point for the company was in May 2008 with the incorporation of CLS PROPERTIES INC. which is wholly owned and managed by Cesar L. Salimbangon, and his experienced and competent heirs – apparent.
To provide for affordable homes suited to the lifestyle of Filipino families with utmost consideration of reasonable means of acquisition with the able help of local marketing specialists and aided by highly trained and experienced personnel.
